Eqiopped with a state-of-the-art 5-axis machining center with a pallet changer, which is unmanned at night, we have improved productivity by continuous operation for 24 hours.We have a large number of various MC and NC, and we can assure quick delivery and small lot production. In addition, from procurement of of rough materials to machining, heat treatment, grinding, assembly and inspection, we can provide integrated production system. As a result of human resource development, all the staff of our company, from young workers to skilled engineers, are pround of KINOSHITA technology by which we manufacture products with accuracy that exceeds customer expectations. Based ou our corporate philosophy "customer first", Kinoshita Precision Industrial has built a quality control system, and is continuously improving it in order to realize QCD (quality, cost and delivery) requested by customers. In 2014, we paticipated in "Specail Zone to Create Asia No.1Aerospace Industrial Cluster" and started full-scale production of precision parts for aerospace industry. In 2016, we acquired certification of JIS Q 9100 from Defence Structure Improvement Foundation. JIS Q 9100 is a standard made by adding peculiar requests from aerospace and/or defence sectors to JIS Q 9001. JIS Q 9100 is regarded equivallent to AS 9001(USA) and EN 9100 (EU), and has been adopted all over the world.
